- 1941 Oil Feed Engineering Company established
- 1957 Became member of BTR Group
- 1967 Name changed to incorporate main brand, Hiflex International Ltd
- 1985 Dunlop Joined BTR, Hiflex became responsible for Dunlop hydraulic hose and fittings
- 1985 Name changed to Dunlop Hiflex
- 1998 Unipoly Group acquires Polymer Products Group including Dunlop Hiflex
- 2005 Management Buy Out - Hiflex Europe Group established
- 2008 – Argus Fluidhandling Ltd formed.
